Includes biweekly, 30-minute in-person guided training sessions (twice per week), informal digital check-ins (flexible check-ins via email or text to provide support between sessions). You’ll receive a personalized training plan, with consistent updates based on your progress. Programs are designed with mobility, recovery, and safety in mind, incorporating adaptations for injuries, chronic conditions, and medical contraindications.

  • Weekly digital check-ins (asynchronous) with your trainer
