Includes weekly 60-minute in-person guided training sessions (weekdays), informal digital check-ins (flexible check-ins via text to provide support between sessions). You’ll receive a personalized training plan, with assessment-driven plan updates based on your progress. Programs are designed with mobility, recovery, and safety in mind, incorporating adaptations for injuries, chronic conditions, and medical contraindications.
