Includes one 45–60 minute live, online training session per month (scheduled Mon–Thurs), plus weekly virtual check-ins (via mobile text or email). You’ll receive a personalized fitness and health plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current ability, with plan updates based on your progress. Programs are designed with mobility, recovery, and safety in mind, incorporating adaptations for injuries, chronic conditions, and medical contraindications.

You’ll get:

  • Weekly virtual check-ins with your trainer (via mobile text or email)
