Monthly BASIC (Online ONLY) – 2 Live Sessions/Month + Weekly Support

$120.00 every month

Monthly BASIC (Online)

Includes everything in the STARTER package, plus a second live training session each month (two sessions per month) for added guidance and accountability. You’ll continue to receive weekly check-ins (via text messaging or email) and a fully customized program designed to support long-term progress and adapt to your evolving needs. Programs are designed with mobility, recovery, and safety in mind, incorporating adaptations for injuries, chronic conditions, and medical contraindications.

You’ll get:

  • (2) Live online sessions per month (45–60 minutes each)

  • Weekly virtual check-ins with your trainer (via text or email)

  • A fitness training plan tailored to your goals and ability

  • Program updates based on progress (every 4–6 weeks)

  • Adaptations for injuries, chronic conditions, and contraindications
